Sec. 380.213. - Violations and penalties.

It is unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this Part. Except as otherwise provided herein, the requirements of this Chapter shall be enforced as follows: (a) By citation for civil penalties pursuant to the authority granted in F.S. Ch. 162, Part II, and Ch. 609, Ordinance Code; and (b) By an action for injunctive relief, civil penalties, or both, through a court of competent jurisdiction.
