Sec. 380.610. - Correction of violations.

The Director may issue an order to correct any violation of this Part or any violation of the conditions of the franchise agreement within a reasonable period of time as provided by the Director. If the order is not obeyed, the Director may suspend the franchise, seek judicial penalties, and/or request injunctive relief. (Ord. 93-1774-1411, § 1)
