Sec. 380.612. - Violations and penalties.

It is unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this Part or an order of the Director entered pursuant to this Part. (a) A person who willingly, willfully, or with culpable negligence violates any provision of this Part or an order of the Director entered pursuant to this Part shall be guilty of a class F offense. Each day during any portion of which such violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense. (b) In addition to any other penalty, a person who violates any provision of this Part shall be liable for civil penalties up to $2,000 per offense. Each day during any portion of which such violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense. Such civil penalty shall be collected in a civil action brought in the name of the City. (c) The Director may also request the Office of General Counsel to institute proceedings for injunctive relief. (Ord. 93-1774-1411, § 1; Ord. 2017-565-E , § 1)
