Sec. 382.405. - Frequency of waste collection.

(a) The contractor shall collect from the curbside adjacent to each residential premises in his service area: (1) Garbage and rubbish at least once a week. (2) Trash, other than yard trash, at least once a week. (3) Yard trash at least once a week. (b) Collections shall not be reduced by holidays, but collections normally scheduled to be made on a holiday may be rescheduled upon approval by the Director of Solid Waste and Resource Management and notification to the affected residential premises by publication of notice in a newspaper of daily circulation in the City as required by the Director of Solid Waste and Resource Management.
