Sec. 382.414. - Service by City.

Within that portion of the territory in which this Part applies lying outside the contractor's areas of operation or service areas described in Part 3, the City, through the Department, shall provide waste collection service in the same manner and to the same extent as a contractor is required to so provide within his service area pursuant to the provisions of this Part 4.
