Sec. 382.505. - City's Obligation to Fund Solid Waste Assessment Reductions.

Annually, the City shall determine the total amount of those solid waste assessment reductions authorized by this Part and shall, in the annual budget, appropriate said total reductions within the Solid Waste Fund. (Ord. 2025-2-E , § 1)
