Sec. 386.301. - Penalty.

It shall be unlawful and a class D offense for any person to: (a) Violate the terms or conditions of the service agreement. (b) Fail to perform in accordance with the terms and conditions of the service agreement. (c) Violate any rule or regulation promulgated by the Director pursuant to this Chapter. (d) Violate any requirement of this Chapter. (e) Fail to comply with Rules or Regulations of the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection or the State of Florida Department of Health. (f) Fail to comply with State permit requirements for the particular facility. (Ord. 90-297-170, § 1)
