Sec. 40.202. - City—JEA agreement.

The Mayor is authorized to negotiate on behalf of the City and present to the Council for approval a contract with the JEA to establish a combined utility services billing system for governmental utility services, including the following subjects: (a) Preparation of combined bills, including clerical and data processing operations.
