Sec. 402.213. - General unlawful employment practices.

Notwithstanding that no immediate business or professional relationship exists between the persons involved, it is an unlawful employment practice for a person: (a) To retaliate or discriminate in any manner against a person because the latter has opposed an unlawful employment practice under this Part or because the person has made a charge or testified, assisted or participated in a manner in an investigation, proceeding or hearing under this Chapter. (b) To aid, abet, incite, compel or coerce a person to engage in an unlawful employment practice under this Part or to prevent a person from complying with the provisions of this Chapter or an order of the Commission issued hereunder.
