Sec. 406.103. - Objectives.

The objectives of this Chapter and of its several provisions are to provide a positive means for the implementation of the policy declared in (above paragraph) and to discourage and eliminate discriminatory practices in public accommodations. (Ord. 2004-699-E, § 15)
