Sec. 406.406. - No probable cause.

If the Director determines that no probable cause exists to believe that a violation of this Chapter has occurred or is about to occur, the Director shall promptly dismiss the complaint and then the Director shall inform the Commission of the finding verbally or through written report. The Director shall notify the complainant and respondent of such dismissal. (Ord. 2004-699-E, § 15)
