Sec. 408.301. - Responsibility for administration.

The City Council of the City of Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida, designates the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission (JHRC) as being authorized to administer the provisions of this Chapter. The Commission may adopt procedural rules for the implementation of this Chapter, subject to the Council's review and approval and may delegate such authority as is necessary for fill implementation of this Chapter to the Executive Director. As used herein, the term "designee" shall mean the Executive Director. (Ord. 96-1089-659, § 1; Ord. No. 2004-699-E, § 20)
