Sec. 408.510. - Land use law.

If the commission determines that the matter involves the legality of a State or local zoning or other land use law or ordinance, the Commission may not issue a charge and shall immediately refer the matter to the General Counsel's office for appropriate action. (Ord. 96-1089-659, § 1)
