Sec. 408.511. - Dismissal.

(a) If the Commission, or its designee, determines that no reasonable cause exists to believe that a discriminatory housing practice has occurred or is about to occur, it shall promptly dismiss the complaint. (b) The Commission shall make public disclosure of each dismissal under this Section. (Ord. 96-1089-659, § 1)
