Sec. 408.514. - General Counsel's office action for enforcement.

(a) If a timely election is made under Section 408.513 of this Part, the Commission shall authorize, and not later than the thirtieth day after the election is made, the General Counsel shall file a civil action on behalf of the aggrieved person in a court of competent jurisdiction seeking relief as provided by F.S. Ch. 760 and/or federal law. (b) An aggrieved person may intervene in the action. (Ord. 96-1089-659, § 1)
