Sec. 408.519. - Order in preceding five years.

If the Commission, or its designee, issues an order against a respondent against whom another order was issued within the preceding five years under Section 408.516 of this Part, the Commission shall send a copy of each order issued under that Section to the General Counsel. (Ord. 96-1089-659, § 1)
