Sec. 420.206. - Fire lanes on private property devoted to public use.

(a) The marking of fire lanes on private property devoted to public use shall be approved by the Chief, Fire Prevention and the Sheriff. Fire lanes shall be established on private property devoted to public use where the parking of motor vehicles or other obstructions may interfere with the ingress and egress of Fire Operations Division or Rescue Division vehicles for the protection of persons and property. (b) Parking of motor vehicles or otherwise obstructing fire lanes shall be prohibited at all times. (Ord. 97-539-E, § 6)
