Sec. 460.105. - Department order.

No person shall violate a lawful order of the Department. Upon conviction for such a violation, a person shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $50 or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both. (Ord. 70-650-526; Ord. 71-397-181; Ord. 83-591-400, § 1) Note— Former § 500.105 .
