Sec. 460.117. - Penalties.

It is unlawful and an offense against the City for any person to violate or to fail to comply with any provision of the Health Code. Except as otherwise specifically provided, such person shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine of not more than $50 or, for a wilful and continuing violation, not more than $250.
