Sec. 460.310. - Right of Entry.

All Temporary RV park operators shall allow health department personnel access to their parks at any time during operation without prior notification. If necessary, operators shall provide staff members for assistance in park inspections, i.e., security personnel. (Ord. 2008-209-E, § 1)
