Sec. 462.1008. - Enhanced penalties for violations of this Chapter.

A permitted animal dealer or hobby breeder found guilty of violating any provision of this Chapter other than those contained in this Part shall be subject to the maximum available fine for the violation in question. (Ord. 2025-794-E , § 2)
