Sec. 462.107. - County Court jurisdiction.

(a) The County Court in and for the Fourth Judicial Circuit shall hear charges of code violations pursuant to the issuance of citations. (b) Any person so charged may contest the citation in the County Court. (Ord. 2004-259-E, § 1)
