Sec. 462.306. - Custody of racing dogs.

Dogs that are in training or being trained as racing dogs, when being exercised outside the confines of their regular quarters, shall be constantly in the charge of a capable attendant, and shall be securely muzzled and kept on a leash. No attendant shall at any time have in his charge more than eight dogs. (Ord. 2004-259-E, § 1; Ord. 2010-527-E, § 4)
