Sec. 462.311. - Diseased animals within the City.

An animal suffering from an infectious or contagious disease, excluding household pets under the current and active treatment of a veterinarian, shall not be brought into or kept within the City. A standard of usual and customary practice shall be used to define active treatment. (Ord. 2004-259-E, § 1; Ord. 2010-527-E, § 4)
