Sec. 462.314. - Rabies vectors and high-risk animals.

In order to protect the public's health and safety, no person shall be the owner of or have as a household pet or harbor within the City a known or potential rabies vector or high-risk animal that can not be immunized against rabies including, but not limited to, fox, raccoon, skunk, bat and bobcat, except for animals properly permitted by and maintained in strict compliance with the rules and regulations of the Commission.
