Sec. 462.316. - Penalty.

Except as otherwise specifically provided in any Section of this Part, a violation of this Part shall be a civil infraction punishable by a fine of not less than the amount designated in Chapter 462 , Part 18. The Chief of ACPS is also authorized to seek injunctive relief against nuisances. (Ord. 2004-259-E, § 1; Ord. 2010-527-E, § 4)
