Sec. 462.904. - Penalty.

Except as otherwise specifically provided in any Section of this Part, a violation of this Part shall be a civil infraction punishable by a fine of not less than the amount designated in Chapter 462 , Part 18. Each subsequent violation shall be punishable by a fine that is double the original fine up to the maximum allowed by law. The Chief of ACPS is also authorized to seek injunctive relief against nuisances.
