Sec. 470.304. - Location and installation of septic tank systems.

Every septic tank system shall be located and installed: (a) In compliance with the conditions of Section 470.301 . (b) In compliance with the application and permit. (c) In compliance with the construction standards of this Part. (d) In such a manner that, with reasonable maintenance, it will function in a sanitary manner.
