Sec. 470.404. - Filled pit privy.

(a) No person, including the holder of a permit under this Part, shall remove the contents of a pit privy, nor salvage any curb within the pit. (b) When a pit privy becomes filled within 18 inches of the ground surface, its owners shall remove the building and floor foundation and fill the pit with earth, mounded at least 12 inches above the ground surface to allow for shrinkage.
