Sec. 474.105. - Penalty.

It is unlawful and a class D offense for any person, as defined in Section 2.101 (g), to violate any provision of this Chapter. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 85-370-141, § 4; Ord. 85-674-817, §§ 4, 6)
