Sec. 490.104. - Construction.

This Chapter shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes stated in Section 490.101 . In addition, this Chapter shall be construed so as to permit the full exercise of the powers and performance of the functions granted and authorized by F.S. Ch. 154, Pt.
