Sec. 491.101. - Purpose.

The special assessments authorized by this Chapter shall be imposed, levied, collected, and enforced against assessed properties located within the City of Jacksonville to benefit the assessed properties through enhanced Medicaid payments for local services. (Ord. 2021-456-E , § 8)
