Sec. 500.116. - Contract Execution Authority.

Except regarding the Downtown Investment Authority, the Mayor, or his or her designee, and the Corporation Secretary, are authorized to execute and deliver all contracts and documents approved and authorized by an Agency in accordance with this Chapter and Chapter 106 , Part 3, Subpart D. Such documents shall be reviewed and approved by the Office of General Counsel. (Ord. 2018-555-E , § 7)
