Sec. 518.105. - Authority to interpret; and to make, alter and repeal rules.

The Chief is authorized to interpret this Chapter and to make, alter and repeal rules in conformity to this Chapter he deems necessary to implement the requirements hereof, subject to the appeal process specified herein. All rules and interpretations shall be in writing and kept on file in the Chief's office. (Ord. 96-458-297, § 1)
