Sec. 518.146. - Schedule of rates and charges.

(a) The Chief shall, from time to time, cause to be prepared a current schedule of rates, charges and costs that may be assessed by the City using its own equipment and personnel for abatement of public nuisances as provided in this Chapter and shall ensure that the schedule of charges be incorporated as an Addendum "A" to this Chapter. (b) In addition to the actual cost of remedying the violation or abating the nuisance, the City may also assess a charge to cover administrative expenses incurred in securing and monitoring the services of a private contractor to abate the nuisance and all other expenses associated with the abating of the nuisance.
