Sec. 518.307. - Finality and priority of lien.

The lien shall be effective and final against the real property upon which the work has been done from the time of entry in the Demolition Lien Record. Liens in the Demolition Lien Record shall take priority as of the time of entry therein. Any lien granted pursuant to this Chapter of the Ordinance Code shall be enforceable and continue in full force for 20 years after the date the lien is entered into the Demolition Lien Record or discharged by payment.
