Sec. 518.333. - Entry and inspection.

Properties determined to be unsafe for use may be entered and inspected as set forth in Sections 518.122 and 518.123 . Law enforcement officials may accompany such entries for safety or security purposes. The owner, manager, tenant, or occupant of such property shall allow access to all parts of such property for these purposes and for quality control evaluations pursuant to Section 518.334 from the date of the finding that the property is unsafe for use and up to six months after a Certificate of Fitness has been issued.
