Sec. 518.414. - Animal facilities.

The proximity of animal facilities on the property shall be as required by the Zoning Code. Animals and pets shall not be kept in a property or on a premises in such a manner as to create an unsanitary condition or to constitute a public nuisance. (Ord. 96-458-297, § 1)
