Sec. 518.417. - Plumbing facilities exterior.

Every plumbing fixture, water pipe, waste pipe and drain in, to or from an accessory structure or elsewhere on the premises shall be maintained in a sanitary and mechanically sound working condition. (Ord. 96-458-297, § 1)
