Sec. 518.418. - Septic tanks, grease traps and excavations.

Every septic tank, grease trap or similar installation shall be maintained in a sound condition and shall, at all times, be covered in an approved manner. Similarly, no open hole, pit, tank or excavation of any kind shall be permitted to exist unless it is protected in an approved manner. (Ord. 96-458-297, § 1)
