Sec. 518.522. - Vacant Substandard Buildings.

Vacant buildings found to be in violation of this Part may be placarded as such and required to remain vacant until brought into compliance with the provisions of this Part. Provided, the Chief may approve a vacant building for occupancy pending repairs when such action is deemed by him to be in the best interest of the City. The reason for such approval must be documented in the property file. (Ord. 2003-614-E, § 1)
