Sec. 51A.108. - Financial accounting and investments; fiscal year.

(a) A complete and full financial accounting and audit in accordance with federal audit standards of the Authority shall be made biennially by a certified public accountant. A copy of such audit shall be filed with the Council Secretary and with the State Auditor General. (b) The fiscal year of the Authority shall be the fiscal year established by the Federal Government.
