Sec. 51A.113. - Annual presentation of affordable housing programs and goals required.

The Authority, through its Chief Executive Officer or designee, shall annually present in person and in writing to the Council committee of reference tasked with reviewing and making recommendations on measures addressing housing and the Council committee of reference tasked with reviewing and making recommendations on finance and budget matters, a report regarding the Authority's affordable housing programs, its collaborative efforts with other entities focused on addressing housing issues, and its goals for the upcoming fiscal year. The chair of each Council committee shall provide notice to the Authority of the presentation date, which shall be in August of each year. The Authority shall file a copy of the written report with the Council Secretary on or prior to August 30 of each year. (Ord. 2024-113-E , § 1)
