Sec. 52.105. - Professional services contracts; City staff support.

The Authority shall contract for the professional expertise needed to conduct its operations, which shall include, but are not limited to, bond counsel, subject to the provisions herein, bond underwriter, investment banker, financial advisor, auditor, bond trustee, loan servicer, single family program administrator, compliance and monitoring agent, custodial bank, credit underwriter, and rating agency. The Authority may request staff support on a cost reimbursement basis from City employees or departments as needed. (Ord. 2014-185-E, § 2)
