Sec. 55.113. - Approval of budget.

The fiscal year of the Authority shall commence on October 1 of each year and end on the following September 30. The Authority shall prepare and submit its budget to the Mayor in the manner provided in Section 106.204 (c), Ordinance Code. (Ord. 2014-560-E , § 12; Ord. 2016-140-E , § 14; Ord. 2018-555-E , § 1)
