Sec. 55.302. - Authority.

The DIA is authorized to develop and administer the DPRP pursuant to this Part 3, Ordinance Code, and its BID Plan and in furtherance of the adopted community redevelopment area goals, including but not limited to: 1. Redevelopment Goal No. 1: Reinforce Downtown as the City's unique epicenter for business, history, culture, education, and entertainment. 2. Redevelopment Goal No. 2: Increase rental and owner-occupied housing downtown, targeting key demographic groups seeking a more urban lifestyle. (Ord. 2020-527-E , § 1)
