Sec. 555.106. - Administrator of the program.

The Jacksonville Housing and Community Development Commission is designated the Administrator with the responsibility for the implementation and administration of the Housing Assistance Plan. The Administrator acting for and on behalf of the City shall have the power, authority, responsibility and duty as may be required, necessary and incidental under F.S. §§ 420.907—420.9079, and the Corporation rules to implement and administer the Housing Assistance Plan including but not limited to the annual report required by F.S. § 420.9075(7), Corporation rules or by ordinance or resolution of the Council, including but not limited to this Chapter, anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding. In addition, the Administrator may also provide for the contracting out of all or part of the administrative or other functions of the Housing Assistance Plan to persons or entities other than the Administrator.
