Sec. 555.109. - Intra-city cooperation.

All agencies, authorities, boards, commissions, departments, divisions and other local governmental entities of the Consolidated Government are required to the extent that they may be legally so required, or are requested to the extent that they may not be legally so required, to cooperate with the Council, the Council staff, and the Administrator in carrying out the purposes of this Chapter, including but not limited to contributing such time, attention, information, expertise and other resources as may be necessary and desirable in carrying out the purposes of this Chapter, subject only to compliance with other existing laws and budgetary constraints.
