Sec. 590.105. - Limitation on the amount of grant.

The annual maximum amount of the grant per applicant shall not exceed the lesser of $800 or the QMP's contribution to the City's services and growth, as defined by the QMP's Ad Valorem Tax Levied as defined in Section 590.102 .
