Sec. 60.109. - Rights of person appearing before the Commission.

No person shall be compelled to appear before the Commission in the course of a hearing unless the person has been afforded the right to examine and cross-examine witnesses, and the person may be represented by counsel. (Ord. 98-326-E, § 1)
